Giampiero is the Founder of Utopia, CEO and President of the Board.
Lawyer at the Court of Rome, he graduated with honors in Law at the LUISS Guido Carli University, with specialization in Corporate Law and Law of Negotiation.
Before ideating and founding Utopia has acted as legal advisor of a leading Parliamentary Group of majority at the Committee for European Affairs of the Chamber of Deputies, carrying out his professional activity also at the COSAC (Conférence des Oganes Spécialisés dans les Affaires Communautaires ) in Brussels. During the years at the university has been parliamentary assistant to the Senate of the Republic, in charge of Public Affairs and Co- Founder of the “Foundation for the Good Government”. In 2006 he worked on the coordination of the Electoral Office of a leading Italian Political Party for the organization of national elections. He was organizer of the University Master's Degree in European Private Law , directed by Prof. Guido Alpa, and developed in collaboration with the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and the National Lawyers Council. He is Founding Member of the Foundation “Lo vuole il cuore”, humanitarian non-profit organization founded on the inspiration of Cardinal Francesco Coccopalmerio, President of the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts, and the famous actor Lino Banfi. He has a great passion for tennis and skiing, a strong connection with the music and musical instruments. Worships the Divine Comedy.
